Mr. Chinos joined Attica Ventures in February 2004, as Chief Financial Officer-Investments Director. He has 4 years experience in business and financing as a corporate officer with Egnatia Bank. He also spent 3 years as financial manager and general manager in new economy and multimedia sectors. He has served as an executive on the BoD of various public institutions, asset management companies, public listed companies and venture backed enterprises (mastihashop, Doppler, Craft, Olympic Airways and Services- having an active role in the privatisation process that ended in June 2009 with transaction value: € 170m). His experience and knowledge cover the field of start-up companies, IPOs, budget management and review, accounting, financing, credit and cost control, cash flow planning and control, due diligence, deal structure. He addressed many seminars and conferences on entrepreneurship, investments and venture capital. He has also been invited as guest lecturer by business schools and universities (Economic University of Athens, University of Crete etc.) Mr Chinos has a degree in Business Organization and Management form the Athens University of Business and Science and a M.Sc in Money, Banking and Finance from the University of Sheffield (UK).
